上個月的14日我試過將不齊件的事以樓主所述的方法報告到LEGO，在今天 (25/03) 我收到了LEGO寄給我的missing part了！

LEGO公司真是令人佩服！

i have an experience that i bought a license product( star war), they got problem on the printing of the face of minifig,
then i sent them the e-mail they tell me that due to their contract to lucas film, they cant replace my pieces, only missing part would be like to give you a new one.

is that what you call good service so far? i feel quite frustrated and switch to other theme afterward.

I regret to hear your experience. Previously, LEGO.com will replace the wrong head of 7665 free of question. Your experience is new to us, can you show us the picture of the defected head?

BTW, which company you contacted, LEGO.com or LEGO HK? I think you should try both to seek help....

Your can write a complain letter thru the customer service. I have complaint and received a replacement instruction.
